120KB/s from Sweden.

115KB/s from Germany.

Although speed was wasn't concistant during the download, it went from ~60KB/s up to 270KB/s for all connections.

this speeds its really slow for a 10mbps server

Depends on how much bandwidth it serves atm.
Maybe you should check the bandwidth load on the server.

yes this speeds its for 2 days atm . and this is and high speeds .. i had saw 80-60k

Well, it was downloading on my server, which is somewhere in Texas.
