Download from FTP hangs at 50Kb

Hello all,

I have a problem - my users complain that their download of my 700Kb ZIP file stops at 50Kb and hangs. This happens at Windows 2003 Server (dedicated hosting).

Now, I have not these problems on a mirror website which runs at Linux shared hosting.

Can you please tell me any reasons why file downloading hangs?

Thank you.
-Dmitry

Unfortunatelly, not all my users have this problem - I can download it, and asked some people from Europe to download - no problems. So it seems to be no disk error.

Complaints were from US, and I still can not figure out why this happens.

P.S.

P.S. The file is downloaded via http, not FTP.

I've had this problem also on a server in the past, and I still have yet to explain it... so I'd be interesting to hear if anyone knows why this happens.
