need help: upload files issue...

Hi,
When I upload my site to a Window Hosting, I can't use my scripts to upload files (in local, it runs ok). The file details and path can be inserted into db but no file is uploaded.
i'm thinking ab folder permission. In Linux hosting, we can change the folder permission to 777 but here's the Window Hosting and I can't use chmod (which i often use to change perm.)
how ab in my case? what should I do?

when you use a window hosting
how can you set the "write" Right for your PHP scripts in order to write/upload new files in specific folder? (for ex: /upload)

If you go into Plesk, and then go to the File Manager, there should be a link on every line to change the file permissions.

I know Linux has it, so I would assume it is implemented for Windows as well.
