24 Pin EPS to 20 Pin EPS

i just bought a new server case but din't notice that the new power supply is a 24Pin type. meanwhile my motherboard is supplied by 20 Pin power supply, thus i want to make a cable that adapt the power connector FROM 24 pins to 20 Pins.

i have found some from internet:

http://www.questsuperstore.com/xcart...rnal_Powe.html

http://www.dealsonic.com/6in24feto20m.html

i have two questions:

1. where can i find a circuit drawing so that i can make the cable my own?
2. what's the difference between a 24 Pin to 20 Pin coverter and a 20 Pin to 24 Pin converter (in term of wiring?) the later one seems easier to be found.

Some PSU brands have a portion of the 24 pin block that's removable, to make it a 20. You might want to make sure this isn't one of those?
