we had purchased the propanelsystems.com helpdesk couple of months ago. however, for the last 3 weeks, they have stopped responding to all tickets and our requests are not even considered. This has caused some issues since we have filled our helpdesk with content etc and it has consumed a lot of our time. We have even programmed some of our website pages to read of that database. Long story short, its going to be very time consuming to migrate to a different helpdesk system.
Is anyone else in a similar position? Please post your experience and see what action we can take regarding this issue. This entire episode has consumed a lot of our time and i really want to get it resolved. If we can get a copy of the code atleast, then we can make the changes ourselves. any thoughts?
