i was just wondering if anyone else is having this same problem.. I host through powervps.com and we cannot seem to get it to quit looping during loading stage.

Powervps has been great about everything but i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem of could help out to fix it

The build was entering in loop and still going on. I have just terminated the script and waiting for cPanel's update. Unfortunately, I can't play with cPanel bugs and if you wish we can escalate this problem to CPanel developers but resolution of the problem needs the time.

What is it that you are doing that causes it to loop? That wasn't very clear from your OP.

If you haven't already - open a ticket at http://support.cpanel.net, one of our techs can take a look at it.
