I spent about a month looking for a host to host a site that was growing quite quickly. I tried a few hosts but some used outdated PHP/MySQL versions, some didn't allow remotely hosted services and some just didn't seem great. I spent about $30 trying several hosts and testing their support tickets but I finally came across:

Now I have been with them for over a month now, nearly two (which I know is rather short term so far, but I'm bearing in mind the accounts of so far and will update this in a few months). I have to say they are pretty awesome.

When I signed up my account was created promptly and they even copied my account across from my old server without any hassle and no excuses like "WHM won't let us" which some lazy hosts in my testing period told me.

So far I've proberbly submitted 10 support tickets and not one of them have i had to wait more than 10 mins for a reply. Most are answered straight away! They get exactly what I want everytime even when sometimes my requests are very technical.

Their server hasn't been down once yet and so far I am one very satisfied customer. I'd recommend their service to everyone!

Well now I am just in my fourth month with SYNHosting and I don't think I could have found anything better. Their uptime has still been asontishingly good with just 2 short periods that occured last month and their answers to support tickets even on tricky questions are quick if not instant replies.

SYNHosting are also VERY friendly and really do get to know each client. Here is my latest story:

SYNH have setup a new server and plan to move everyone over today. Why today? Well yesterday I was contacted about PHP modules making sure they had installed what I needed (as I have a few special requirements on their server). We then discussed when they would be moving the server of which again I have a few specail requirements. I told Pat about how I was away from the 12-19th and guess what? He set the server move as 6pm today! Awesome they really are client centric. Pat is also personally going to check over my site and make sure it is fully operational.

My rating: A++

Well worth your money and I'll make sure to keep WHT updated!

All I have to say is thank you.

My cpanel backups were up and running in less then 30 mins. Without a problem.

All my tickets were answered in less then 10 mins. Not only answered but taken care of and solve.

Pat is awesome. He help me trouble shoot some problem on my website with the code.

As for downtime. Well I didnt notice any in 2 months now. It is located in the same datacenter as my previous host and uptime, time of response is way more reliable.

I have been with Syn Hosting since May and i am nothing but pleased with their service. There has been a couple outages but short and I get a email when they are long, also my support tickets are answered quickly.
