Suggestions for enom.com problem

Hi--

One of my webhosting clients registered a new domain name Satruday thru the Registry Rocket (reseller) link on our site. I received an email saying that the domain had been ordered, but there was no order number on the form, which I noted was unusual.

The client subsequently could not login to manage their domain, nor does the domain show up in my panel of registered names at enom. Also, when doing a whois search, there is no information available. The client has been billed however for the name.

I've tried contacting enom.com, but haven't received a response in the last 48-hours. As you can imagine, my client is biting at the bit to get going and doesn't realize that domain name issues and webhosting are two entirely different things.

I'd really like to get a jump on this and speed things up for my client and am wondering if anyone here knows of the best way to contact enom. Is it worth giving them a call or can I not even address this issue by phone? My client is worried about credit card fraud and issues of the like, especially since his card already shows a charge, yet he has no domain name.

Thanks!

You don't have an email link here, so if you want a hand with this, email me from our link below...

Resolved

Thank you for the offer, but shortly after posting this I was contacted by a team member from Enom, who straightened it all out. She happily provided me with support numbers and addresses and the situation was resolved shortly thereafter.

Thanks!
