I am having a discussion with my host where I am setting up a new reseller account.
This is the problem: a lookup at whois shows the IP that he assigned to me , and just beside the IP there is the name of his website.

If one click on this name, that is a link, obviously it lead to that site.

I should have assigned two dedicated IP (that's what they told me)

My point is that there is something wrong: near my IP should be listed my main reseller account website.
Those people I host should know about me, not about where I buy the space I resell to them.
Who is right?
How should it be shown in the whois look up to be called a correct setting?

You are.
If an IP is allocated to you, it should default to either a waiting page, or your reseller's user account domain (since you'll have reseller, but also a normal account, for your own domains). If its going to him, he's not allocated it properly. Does the server have a control panel? DA and cPanel do it properly.
