paypal confrim details, question over address

hey guys

i need to send paypal some confirmation saying i am who i am, european rules require it.

so i need send a copy of some for of ID (passport), but also a services bill, electricity or water etc, for proof of address. Now i have a PO box in my account details, and ofcourse my PO box has neither running water or independant electricity hehe.

Thier customer services Dept in spain is closed now so thought i'd ask for an opinion here.

Should i change my account address to my home or office address, or does it not matter that much? my home address which would appear on the bill is in the same town as the PO box

cheers

Change your address, as far as I know you aren't allowed to use a PO box anyway.

oh really, i use my PO address for most things here because well the post is pretty lame hehe

guess it's the easiest option though isn't it, but i did find that one of my credit cards has the PO box, but not sure if that would qualify as a services bill?

Services include water/electricity/gas/sewerage/telephone.

Whatever you do, don't send PayPal two conflicting addresses, or they'll most certainly block your account.
