why do I constantly have my posts deleted?

Just as the thread title asks...I have had several posts in the lounge deleted with no explanation when they contained much tamer statements than many others constantly make? Is it because I'm new...conservative politically or what??? I'm about over it and deserve an answer. I also think if your going to delete mine, you should also delete many others that are much worse in tone and language.

Maybe it's because of how you define "constantly."

The helpdesk is the right place to discuss it, but I just went through your posts over the past month. Three were removed... one I did myself on 1/23; the entire content of that post was as follows: "duplicate post...sorry."

One was removed in 2/3, because it quoted and commented on someone else's post that was removed. Generally that's what happens when a post is removed for being... "impolite." Any posts that refer to it are also removed.

And then the one today... the first post in that thread, though you may think it was "tamer" than those other people made, in which words were automatically filtered.

Thanks for the explanation Jay. I know the last one today was pretty crude (I did the filtering myself when posting) but I have seen some fairly rough ones lately and thought maybe I was being singled out. I remember the others and they were legit. Thanks for responding.

smacklan, might just be best that you keep out of certian threads, where certian posters are active. You won't have any problems with dissappearing posts then.

Thanks for the advice Bob...always a friendly comment from you I originally started coming to this site to purchase designs and rarely ventured out of the marketplace. Well, I haven't seen any designs I am interested in for a long time, and the rest of my participation here is giving me heartburn, so I think I shall depart from here and do my shopping elsewhere.

Cheers
