Advice For Hosting - Greatly Appreciated

Hello,

Im Rami, and I run an image hosting website, namely imagehigh d o t com - To briefly explain my situation:

I launched the site a week ago, and currently getting about 20,000 unique visitors a day, and almost 80,000 pageviews a day. I have my script files and database on one server running Level 3 b/w, and i have the image files hosted on a seperate server running on Cogent b/w. Right now that image server is running bad, mostly due to all the traffic used up. My question is whether it would be better to have several servers with small HD space and 10-20mbits of b/w or one big server with lots of HD space on a 100 mbit space, and keep using that till I need a new one. So large servers whenever needed, or smaller servers to spread all the server loads.

Id appreciate all kinds of feedback/comments/recommendations etc...

p.s. if you wish to offer me a dedicated hosting deal go ahead, thats another reason im here.

No one will actually offer you deals on here due to the rules, but you do need a dedicated server. If you cannot manage your own, you need to find a fully managed dedicated server for youself. Your website would not survive on a shared web host nor a VPS.

What is your budget?

Hi Rami,

First, welcome to WHT!

I agree, you need a dedicated server. Try the hostquote feature here, also the offerings forum here at WHT.

Good luck!
