Blackicehosting taken money out without saying
Hi,
I had an invoice from blackice hosting syaing they would take money frm me on teh 9th of the second its the 5th today and they take out the momeny, ave been trying to get in touch with them to cancel my server on the last day of my invoice as there service is terriable there support is terriable they dont even answer thre phone calls..
what can i do about getting a refund!

We would appreciate it if you could contact us via the contact details listed on our website before posting multiple posts on public forums. Your account has now been cancelled and a refund will be issued for the money taken out of your account today regardless of the fact that it does state the 5/02/2006 as the due date on your invoice. We would also appreciate all allegations surrounding the service and support of our company being terrible retracted as we have no record of you trying to contact us by the contact details listed on our site.

H, I have pmed u several times on this forum, sent regardless amount of emails, to you i even have several pms on here still un read from you about transfering my server to your datacentre for them to take control of it

Huh? Why are you using PMs on this message board?
Shouldn't you be going through the Helpdesk at blackicehosting?
By the way, if you want to be perceived as a serious webhost, start using completing sentences and proper spelling and grammar.

I did at the the time email them, they never replied to me. I also contacted them by telephone and left several voice msg with my telephone number, account number, ip address ... Only was i got any responce from them was when i posted on WHT
