I think if you search for this on this forum, you will find other such complaints, but they seemed to have fallen off the face of the earth and no longer answer support emails. I bought the license (waste of $850 IMHO) and had problems with it, waited a year and tried again, still had problems. Waited another few months, and emailed them for an install question, and they never answered again...
I agree with Alareach they do not really have any support. But they do exist. I found that if you send 3-5 (exactly-the-same) emails to their support they usually respond to it.
They have good support on their sales address; usually they reply within 12 hours. But then again if you ask any questions on this address after you have purchased the software they tell you to contact support.
As for the control panel in my opinion it is one of the best on the market. But many people will disagree. Other than the support issue, it is a very good and will automate almost everything for you.
If you are willing to accept a little frustration to get a really decent control panel go with it! after all it is now only $400.00.
