Question

Cap-Hosting not giving refund

I've asked to buy a cd key for a game off him via paypal, and I asked for a cd key not an account. I stated CD key at least 3 times before buying it. He said he sent me a refund, but nothing went though. He would not show me a screenshot, and is ignoring me whenever I am asking for a reply. I went in their IRC channel to ask what the problem is and got banned: #capho @gamesurge.net

Their site is: cap-hosting [dot] com

It should be cleer on clicking the refund button. I did send a dispute, but he is not verified

Half the hosting "companies" on gamesurge are run by 15 year olds - you should know better ...

Out of all the companies, what made you buy hosting from him in the first place?

Reeve, as he stated it was not about a hosting account...

albc15, hopefully you're able to resolve the issue with the company in question.

With out knowing anything else about this guy... I would suspect he is not to be trusted because he is offering an "unlimited everything" account for 10 dollars a year

Your probably out the money, but good luck trying to get it back.

Next time you buy some sweeties, I'd recommend tasting before you buy.

Just a CD key, not the game as a whole?

Legit I hope.

Most likely not.

Albc, you do realize that the cd key you would get is most likely either banned, used by 20 others like you, or marked for spamming, thus you can't talk in game.

Considering how easy it is to get a cdkey /serial by searching google I'm surprised you needed to buy one.

I bought a counter strike: condition zero cd key. Those are unique and are registered and can only be used onces. I did not buy hosting from him, and I thought it would be reliable via paypal.

Interesting

I'm suprised at all you havn't heard of his reputation and voided what he says. He has one of the worst reputations I've ever seen in my life, and I know because my company mainly resides on GameSurge as well (to the poster about the 15 year old kids, for the record, I'm not one of them ). CAP-HOSTING has a reputation for offering 'unlimited' hosting for very small amounts of money, and I believe dumping his clients after that (but never confirmed that one).

As for the CD-Keys, you should know not to trade CD Keys with ANYONE on GS at all. After all, it's against the GS AUP as well as unethical as you can pretty much rest assured that they will take you on the deal.

I hope you resolve this situation (via chargeback would be the best solution) soon, and good luck in your future ventures - be it hosting or gaming, or both. If you need assistance with people on GS, as far as reputation, feel free to drop me a PM or stop in our channel as I know a lot of the hosters on there. Not all of them, but a good number.

Once again, good luck with the situation. If there's anything I can do to help you in the future, let me know.

Ok, well are people allowed to send out money while they are under a dispute on gamesurge?

IMO, GameSurge is an absolute joke. I would never associate a business with it, or use it for any means of communication.
