I can't find the link for support in ClientExec. It's in my Clients folder, so I was told it's www.mydomain.com/clients ??

Is that it? If so, how does someone register to add a new support ticket? Thanks

They can't you have to manually register them. Since it's a billing system not a helpdesk. The support feature is just a nice addon.
