I like the design although:

There wasn't much of a web hosting industry before 1994.

Two things come to mind there.
1) It's suppose to be 3 years in the hosting industry. I don't know where 10 came from?
2) There actually has been hosting since the late 80s (not much of an industry but hosting none the less )

Hey typos happen to us all
The first web server went up at CERN headquarters sometime in the winter of 1990 and the first browser (text mode) in the spring of 1991. There were only about two dozen servers in 1992 and Mosaic didn't come out till a year later.
There is a timeline somewhere, maybe the W3C site.

I like your design a lot!!! Very nice layout and a vast amount of info. Some may not like a lot of information but I DO!! I like to know everything about what I am getting BEFORE I buy it and you are providing all of that for your customers.
Just a few suggestions;
1- the logo in the upper right corner, it's a little "pixelly", if that is a word I would smooth it up a "little" but not change a thing as it looks great!!!
2- the text on the right at the bottom of the page that starts with "With our superior servers we can provide hosting for your web site which guarantees performance." should be left-aligned as well being that the rest of the text around it is. That caught my eye right off.
3- Just my 2cents here but maybe consider a sign up button instead of the text at the bottom? (possibly)
But overall, it is sharp. I LVOE the color and I am not a green fan.. You have converted me oh great one!!!

I believe it said 10 years because they bought a template, and that's what the template had. I'm pretty sure I saw bunch of templates with that little paragraph on it.
- Please correct me if I'm wrong though.

ouch,ouch my eyes.
The layout of the content is well thought out. The only thing I have is ALL the green. Could you try changing the background color to something darker? Maybe #cccccc or darker yet. This would accent your other green and the content in the center.

I don't get this. How can we have the same text??? Are you saying we copied it off you (which I know we didn't do, at least I don't think the web master did) or are you guys saying they copied it off of us?
