Does anyone have an account with ableregister.com which was a reseller of DirectI they seem to have gone bust and DirectI will not even respond to our ticket they just close it. Domains are in jepordy!

Well they just close the tickets on us and have not responded. We have many domains at risk bashar.

Well, DirectI never closed any of our tickets. Perhaps you were quite non-polite explaining your problems? <- just a thought, because I see no other reason why DirectI should act like this, please take no offence.

Anyway, as bashar duly noted, directi are the only people which are able to help you. Use ANY means in your power to contact them.

For a company of that size its a shame they do not have proper tech support numbers. We were polite but now have been able to get a reply. Might have closed it by accident I guess.

My tickets always get closed when they reply (which they normally do fast) - but I reopen them when I think I need more answers.
I guess if they wait till the customers close the ticket then 99% will leave it un-closed - making it look like all those were left unresolved.
