Trying to find a way to do this job in the server

i am looking for a way to make the server make a certain kind of command when the server is reboot'
is there a way to do this
my os is cento
and i have a cpanel on the server

not sure with cpanel. in comamnd line, there are many ways. one of them is to add a line like this in /etc/crontab

@reboot root /path/to/some/command_or_shell_script

another way is of course to use system startup files from /etc/rc.d/init.d
