I have a growing problem which starting to overwhelm the site traffic and analysis for a site that I'm managing. I would like to ban specific ip ranges from the following countries:

Indonesia
China
japan
Korea
Taiwan
Vietnam

Any one know how can I get the IP ranges for those countries?

You can download the ip2country database from http://ip-to-country.webhosting.info/ to know the countries IP range.
