How can I restore my database using to MYI files ..

How do you have the databases backed up currently? In a SQL file or as a tar file?

I can'T create backup datacenter change my harddrive and plug the secondary HDD my old hdd.. I see all database in /var/lib/mysql/accontname/
example files
manufacturers_info.MYD tax_rates.frm
manufacturers_info.MYI tax_rates.MYD
manufacturers.MYD tax_rates.MYI

can I restore ?

If you know Database name, then you have to create folder with Database name at the same directory path where your Data reside.

Before doing this ,first stop Mysql Service.

If you have two mounted harddrives, something like this should work

rsync -vrplogDtH /mnt/drive2/var/lib/mysql /var/lib

Where /mnt/drive2 is assumed to be your secondary old drive. Modify it yo suit your needs.
