You want all that for less than $10? and are you looking at reliability?

Why on earth would anyone in their right mind offer reseller services for $10?? I guess more importantly how could they manage? I don't get it... The old saying comes to mind 'you get what you pay for'.. I can only imagine how stable a $10 reseller account is.

Something doesn't sound quite right in that combination. Trying to start a hosting company off a budget reseller account is not the wisest decision. I can certainly understand keeping costs to a minimum while you're starting but that can easily be overdone. Life shows that reliable reseller accounts generally start at higher prices, and the more they give for the dollar, the riskier they are.
Reseller hosting is not simply shared hosting. Reseller tend to actually use what they buy (especially in the long run), which is why so many cheap reseller hosting providers start up good, with fast, lightly loaded servers and end up bad. Because They put too many reseller accounts on a server and their resellers slowly but surely overload the server by adding more and more end user accounts.

Personally, I think it would be a great idea to start out on a budget reseller plan. Why spend the extra $20 dollars a month, when you may not even get a client for a few months. With a budget plan you could save that extra money and invest it in other key aspects of your business such as a billing system, help desk, advertising etc. The problem is some hosts have given the budget reseller plan a bad name by offering unlimited domains with it. If the budget plan is limited by a reasonable amount of domains and resources then you can expect to have a reliable system, because you wont have run away accounts on the server that will try and host 100 or 200 accounts on a budget plan.

I would suggest submitting your hosting requirements to HostVoice.com and include the the RVSkin requirement in particular. You'll receive quotes via e-mail from dozens of web hosts competing for your business. Should turn out well for you

The reputation of your hosting companyis built in initial days and if because of a bad reseller to rely on,you earn a bad name than you might have to suffer the bad name for life.
Instead you should first make sure that you have a good and reliable backend even if at a higher cost. Bcoz the performance of your company is directly proportional to performance of your reseller.
Al the best

Trying to start a web hosting company with $10 is like trying to start a new BMW dealership with $1000. Sorry, it just don't work that way.

<-- started off with $5/month, have 40 clients now on 2 servers.
dime a dozen: people who say "oh you get what you pay for" "oh it's impossible" "oh increase your budget"
rarity: people with the business sense who can start from scratch and make something of themselves.
apple computers started in a garage. if you have the brains and the will power, anything is possible.
