Do not do business with Luke Dyson (XingaCube)
Recently I posted a thread selling the domains geekhire.com/.net/.org in the domain offers. I was contacted by Luke Dyson and we came to an agreement of $95 for all three domains.
I came home today to find an email from Mr. Dyson telling me he didn't want the domains anymore and to either refund his money or he was going to issue a complaint. I told him no, all domain sales are final and he has issued a paypal complaint even though he has the domains in his posession. I'm now on hold with paypal trying to fight this. Below I will include all proof:

Thank god paypal complaints are usually in favor of the seller if the transaction was online. Then, you have the proof.
Hope you get to keep your money.

All I asked for is a common refund and I'll push the domains back to you. Under US, UK and European laws a customer is entitled to a refund regardless of reason as long as there is proof of purchase.
If you were to have simply refunded myself you would not find yourself in this situation. You never stated before sale that it was non-refundable either.

But was the transaction private, or were you buying the domains from a company?
If it's a private transaction I am fairly certain the same rules do not apply.

a deal is a deal, and you can only ask politely to cancel it, while stating it with reasons
then its his decision to refund or not

Two words: Grow up.
You made a purchase of domain names, if you don't want them now, tough noogies. Put them up for sale on WHT (or eBay) and try and get your money back.
Your argument is both pathetic and childish and I hope you lose your PayPal dispute.

I think that you should have mentioned that there is no refund before you sold those domains, but the buyer should have also thought it through.

RossH decided he would give me more than a sentence reply and we came to a decision and the complaint was removed. Had he have provided me a reply of more than a sentence I would have been fine without the refund with the information he was able to pass on to me.
So there I am no scammer, cheater or lier. This thread can be locked.

[15:07] XignaCube: Hi, if you just offer me my money back we will have no problems. You seem to be very unfair not to allow a refund.
[15:07] XignaCube: I will push the domains back once the refund is recieved.
[15:08] XignaCube: Or I can push now.
[15:08] Auraka: still no.......and your also going to lose the paypal complaint, they don't get involved for entagible items
[15:10] XignaCube: I'm sure we could solve this personally. I do not see why you have to spam WHT with this. If you were to even listen to me you would know that I need a refund for a very serious personal reason. I just want to give you the domains back and get a refund. Now I think its rather scamming not to offer a refund.
[15:12] Auraka: i don't take kindly to people threatening me with a paypal dispute so personal reason or not...you did the deed
[15:12] XignaCube: I'm happy to cancel the complaint but you are seeming unreasonable.
[15:12] XignaCube: You had an offer from someone else for $100 so I don't see your problem here anyway.
[15:14] Auraka: my problem is now it is the principle
[15:14] XignaCube: What do you mean?
[15:14] XignaCube: The principle?
[15:14] Auraka: yes siree
[15:14] XignaCube: Look I'm even willing to take just a $80 refund which gives you a $15 profit from this anyway.
[15:14] XignaCube: Are you willing to even do that?
[15:15] Auraka: it's not about the $$ to me heh....it's now about teaching you a hard business lesson
[15:16] XignaCube: I know how business works man and I have had my fair share of lessons.
[15:16] XignaCube: I'm just asking for a $80 refund.
[15:16] Auraka: well what are you going to learn from this
[15:17] Auraka: you are going to lose the paypal complaint.....and have negative press on WHT.......what have you accomplished?
[15:17] XignaCube: I know I have accomplished nothing, I am just trying to get an honest $80 refund for something I brought.
[15:18] Auraka: and the answer is still no
[15:18] XignaCube: And nothing will change your mind? Why not may I ask?
[15:19] Auraka: Well...I might have done it if you had asked me nicely in the first email with reasons stating why instead of threatening me with a complaint
[15:19] Auraka: but since you chose that route
[15:19] Auraka: now you can live with it
[15:20] XignaCube: Look I am sorry, I will remove the complaint. I was as nice as I could be when you replied with: a rather sound no. Feels like I was being scammed.
[15:20] Auraka: you have the domains do you not.....
[15:21] Auraka: then there is no scam
[15:21] XignaCube: Not with the domains but with the refund.
[15:22] XignaCube: I appreciate this is wasting your time but I really just want to refund the deal and move on.
[15:22] Auraka: well.....thats nice and I appreciate that fact....and my answer is still no
[15:24] XignaCube: I don't see why you won't if the $$ isn't even an issue. For some of us it is. I'm sorry man but I really need this.
[15:24] Auraka: and I'm sorry you made some poor decisions
[15:24] Auraka: welcome to business
[15:25] XignaCube: Man please, prove yourself to be bigger than business and just give me the part refund. I'll cancel the complaint now even.
[15:26] Auraka: I believe we are done here
[15:27] XignaCube: Please can you at least give me the contact details for the guy that also wanted these domains.
[15:29] XignaCube: ...
[15:29] Auraka: **** **** ***** [at]gmail.com
[15:30] XignaCube: Now if you had only been so helpful to begin with you wouldn't find yourself in this position. I encourage in future you provide details of sales.
[15:30] Auraka: kid...I just did you a favor
[15:31] Auraka: so don't lecture me :-)
[15:31] XignaCube: Which really makes up for posting my PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, AIM, EMAIL at WHT. I suggest removing my private contact details before I get staff to remove the thread.
[15:32] Auraka: it's all in public whois
[15:35] Auraka: so......nice try....
[15:37] XignaCube: Yes but that doesn't give you the right to give it to WHT spammers and trollers.
[15:37] XignaCube: WHT mods will remove it anyway.
[15:37] Auraka: *sigh* some kids will never learn
[15:38] XignaCube: I pity you then.
