i dont know if we are allowed to directly suggest a hosting company. I can offer you some tips though.
1. Make sure they have 24/7 support
2. Make sure the space fits your needs
3. Make sure they have the scripting infrastructure you will need
4. Make sure they are customer oriented
As for names. There are tons, have a look around the forums to find some.

In order for the community to effectively help you, you will need to provide us with basic information regarding your requirements:
* Space and bandwidth requirements
* Control Panel
* Type of e-mail service you plan to run
- How many e-mails you expect to send out per day, per hour, etc.
If this information is not provided, no one can provide you with even a guess at which webhost would be appropriate for your needs.

You are allowed to directly suggest a hosting company, so long as that hosting company is not your own. In general, having first hand experience with the host you are suggesting is preferred.

I was under the impression he meant some sort of email services like hotmail? More information is needed so we can direct you to a good home!

Welcome, Beysic Media!
The market is saturated with hosting companies and it is really impossible to tell you which one to use.
Basically however, there are the good ones - which are likely to give you your money's worth - and the bad apples - which you are rather likely to have problems with.
How do you tell the difference? Well, IMHO the best way is to check what kind of reputation they have among existing customers.
For instance, you can do a simple search right here on WHT and come up with opinions posted on many hosting companies.
You can expect to get a good basic shared hosting package - including email - for around $7-10 per month or so.
Good Luck!
