After reading several honest reviews I decided to give Servstra a try.

I dedicated to let their techs move my sites over and they did it successfully for 24/26 sites. The two mentioned were very large and didn't transfer completely so I used ssh to do so. I am sure that their techs could have done this for me too but I found it easier to do it myself than submit another ticket.

Following that I had a newbe question, and they were very informative and polite when answering it.

So far I had a contact with several techs and they were all very polite and helpful.

I can see myself doing business with them in future. I hope they are making money and that they will stay in business for years to come.

I also with them. I like them lot. there price also not bad. I will post review on them few months. I had lot issue with server, but they were there to help me.

Hey we all how how tough the hosting business is, but with attitude like yours I am sure you will do just fine. What impresses me is your company's abbility to keep a high level of proressional support with a staff spread across 4 continents.
