Anyone ever used flex servers?


Hi i wanted to know if any one ever used flex servers before.
Here are the specifications:

Price: 12.71 Euro
Setup cost: 14.95 Euro

Memory: 64 MB
Harddisk: 2 Gig
Data Transfer: 50 gig / month
Control Panel: Plesk 7.5 Reloaded, 30 domain license
Server access: Root Access
Operating System: Linux Fedora
Bandwidth: 10Mbit
Dedicated IP Addresses: 2 Expandable to 6
Server Reboot: On Demand
Support: Basic Support

Is this a good deal?

Or is there any thing better in mind which i should get?

Why bother with a VPS with those numbers IMHO. Unless all you want to do is run a small little dns server(it would be perfect). Anything else- wouldn't it be boggy?
