Micfo Login problems.


Hello,
We are using Micfo for web hosting (shared hosting). Recently, we have member login problems with Micfo.com We are not able to login for the past couple of days. Even a request to send the password by email doesn't appear to be working (though it says that the password was sent to the email address provided). I have emailed them a few times, but no acknowledgement as having received the complaint. Anybody else having this problem? or any help most welcome?

I just tired logging into the member area and all works as normal. I went ahead and tried the send by email as well and that worked.

You said you email them a few times, did you send to support@micfo.com? Did you try billing@micfo.com? I believe billing only has people available mon-fri, so you will be better off sending to support if you need a faster response.

Micfo.com login problems.

Hello Trau, thanks for your response. I have emailed support@micfo.com using the Micfo contact form as well as my personal email id. However, I didn't get any response. May be I will try again on Monday as you have suggested. I am a little disappointed now, given that they had responded reasonably well on a few earlier occassions (a few months back).

Did you receive an automated e-mail with your ticket ID when you sent e-mail to support or billing? If not, your ticket has not been submitted. Plus Micfo has it's own forums, you're more likely to get your issue resolved quicker by contacting them directly rather than asking WHT for assistance.

Hi Amir,
It is nice that you have replied. I am not getting automated reply upon submission of ticket. I don't know why.

I have registered with the Micfo forum now. It appears that one need to obtain admin permission before posting. Hence, I had requested for the same, and hope to get the permission for posting. I hope to post it to Micfo forum as you suggested soon. Thanks.
