Krypt.com - Nothing but good things to say

Krypt.com at first looks a little sketchy - Amazing prices, and a somewhat stellar and uninformative website but then again any monkey can pay $1000 for a website. I contacted KRYPT on AIM and talked to them and got a great deal - I got a Intel Xeon 2.8 GHZ, from the original 2.4 GHZ for $130 a month with one gig of ram. I paid, and got the server setup the morning after and everything was fine for awhile. The only issue was the fact that the hard drive was a LITTLE SMALLER (30 GB) than I thought it would be, as all the other servers listed on the page had 80 GB hard drives, but not that big of a deal since they gave me a FREE Windows 2003 license ($25 / month, along with the initial CPU upgrade)

The server however, unexpected crashed. I contacted support and it was backup within the hour, but it crashed yet again. Within the hour, KRYPT informed me that the CPU had died and it would be replaced tomorrow, and it was. Less than 24 hours later from when the CPU had died it was replaced. The staff is quick to answer questions, and very helpful and informs you of what is happening. Right now I could not be happier, and fully recommend them to anyone.

If anything happens to change, ill be sure to inform you but I highly doubt it.

24 hours to replace a cpu looks quite long to me if you have anything important on the server.

Like I said, if i was paying $500 a month for this server, it might be unresonable, but the support and communication ive gotten, combined with the price im paying is far beyond companies such as layeredtech.

Layeredtech was a lot better when they where smaller too. Sounds like you received a little bit of a personalized touch with decent support. Now how do you think they would have handled it with an extra 500 support tickets a day, and 200 deployments.

Krypt is following right behind Layeredtech when you compare how big they are with the support/services you receive.
