as the others said there are plenty of host directories in the net. You can do a simple google search with "hosting directory" e.g. and it will get you many results. However, not all of them are really
honest and
useful.
Search criteria at some of them are outdated and they are
useless - they get you too many results. Others, do not offer advanced search options and also get you too many results.
By
honest I mean that most of them are profit organizations - they use ppc system or have some other way to make hosts pay them. Others are like charts - they rank hosts from #1 to let's ay #10. But hosts are buying these spots. So do not expekt that #1 is really the best one. There are companies that spend a fortune on advertising and than save on other things (e.g. customer support), but you get to know that when you sign up.
To make it easier for you, I will suggest that you try
hostsearch.com. They have huge number of hosts listed, have fine advanced search option and are not there only for the money.
