Review: PolurNET
Hi guys, happy new year!
I was with several hosts before but was looking for a better host for my new business.
I finally found the right one so I'm going to tell you about this.
The host is "Polurnet" (polurnet.com: I can't put the hyperlink for the site because I haven't posted more than 5 articles.)
When I was looking for a new host, this host had a good reputation on some other review sites.So I contacted them.
Before I joined...
1: They answered all the e-mail questions I had within 12-14 hours as they promise, and usually within a couple of hours.
2: Their answers were very detailed.
3: They were (and still are) very patient with my English (English is my seccond language).
4: They didn't oversell their products and services. Rather, they reccomended a cheaper plan when I told them my business plan.
(I decided to join!)
5: When I joined, Anand, the chief person of the company, helped me with the process through the live-chat. It
took more than 15 minutes but he was with me all the time.
After I joined (I've been with them for about a month)...
1: I haven't had any major problems. No downtime so far.
2: They still answer e-mail questions within 12-14 hours. They usually answer within 1-3 hours. Once they couldn't answer my
questions within that time but they e-mailed me and explained that they were very busy and asked me to wait for a while.
They answered within a couple of hours after that. (I set the priority level of the question "low" so that was totally ok)
3: I uploaded some PHP script and it didn't work. I contacted them and they just fixed it!(I didn't write that script so I had
no idea.)
4: The live-chat is open almost 24hours a day and usually they answer within one minute!
5: They are very friendly!
All in all, I'm quite happy with them. It's very reasonable and the quality is very high. In my experience, you don't get
this quality service with a host that charges reasonable prices.
To make my comments sound a bit fair, I am going to describe some problems too.
1: Their website is a bit heavy. When I was at my relatives house where the internet is not fast, it took time to browse and
the live chat didn't work (probably) for that reason.
2: Their support desk CGI(or PHP?) seems have some problem.
When I submit a question it sometimes goes to "Internal Server Error" and I have to go back and submit it again.
These are small problems and it's not a big deal for me at all.
Anyway, this host is the best ever and I recommend to all you guys!

I was with another hosting company before finally selected Polurnet as my best choice. I wasn't happy with the support provided by my old hosting company and decided to move on.
I'm a newbie and can be a pain in the rear sometime when contacting customer support. Polurnet customer support is second to none. I can get hold of them almost any time of the day. During and off office hours to answer all my trivia questions or requests.
Their online chat helpdesk is what I like most. They can answer any questions you have almost instantly. If they are swamped with online enquiries, I will email them which nornally take less than 24 hours to get back to me. Tech support is friendly and efficient.
I have 62 sites hosted with Polurnet and I'm very happy with the service thats provided. Sites is always up and running.
I would recommend Polurnet to anyone needing quality hosting and superb customer support.
Like Teruki, English is also not my first language and Polurnet is very patience with me.
