I have been looking around and i could not find an good host. Some have good prices and bad reviews.. and some of the hosts prices are way high...

I need a server to host my Media (videos and mp3)

Requirements:
2.+ GHZ celeron/amd/pentium
1GB ram
40-80GB Drive
Unmeterd bandwidth
1 to 3 ips
Operating system any
Control panel (cpanel)

Budget under $100

Wow, well you need to up your budget to couple more hundred dollars.

You can get that but it's going to be unmanaged. Meaning you will have to maintain and do everything with the server yourself. NO support at all.

And since your are a newbie i guess you can't do that yourself. It's really quite difficult to manage a server.

Now what you can do is purchase a semi dedicated or a vps to start out and when your site grows you can upgrade. Put some ads and make money.

How much unmetered bandwidth? If 10 Mbit/sec is fine, which I hope it is, the best one I can think of is HiVelocity - http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=471022

Other than that I can't think of anything. If you need something more than Cogent bandwidth or need more than 10 Mbit/sec you really need to increase your budget.

Thanks guys for your input..You guys are right about the budget..
I will be ok with 1000GB BW and 40 GB HD, dont wanna pay any setup fees...

Any more seggestions guys
