Images are very easy to add, just select the image, give it a title and describe it. Easy as pie.
Games require you to make thumbnails by hand, and uploading them is just as easy.
Articles are very simple to do. Just fill in the form, and its done.
You will need to find the content yourself, I can suggest a few sites where you can get it, but the rest is up to you.
