win2k3 crashing my CS:S!

Since last winUpdate when I launch my dedicated cs server, "scrds.exe" it crashes as soon as it tried to get online!

Ventrilo works, apache works (yes I use apache2 on win ) everything else works....
I have other win2k3 boxes on another network that do not do this.

On my problem box:
1 gig ram, p4ht 3.02

I run 5 low traffic websites and 2 private servers and thats all.

Ive shut off DataExecPrevention in my boot.ini...I was sure that was it, but nope..i guess not. DEP was actually popping up b4 i turned it off asking me to permit srcds, but permitting it wasnt helping things...any suggetions?

Have you checked your application crash log to see possibly what caused the crash?
Administration Tools -> Computer Management -> Event Viewer -> Application
