Looking for proxy site coder

Hey,

I'm looking for someone to code a proxy site for me. I don't care too much in what lanauge it's coded, but I prefer PHP.

I want the proxy to be simple - a single textbox with a URl you want the proxy to open. so you write a url, it opens the new site [inside the proxy], and displays a little URL form window on top. like PHProxy script.

I also want it to be able to use POST forms. To be able to login and stuff in sites.
