A client of ours is looking for server(s) that will be unplugged when allocated monthly transfer is reached. The following month it will be put back online again. No overuse charges.

e.g. server comes with 2,000gb transfer, when 2,000gb is reached the server will be offline. The following month, this server will be online again.

Any dedicated server provider that offers this option?
