I use either Article Manager (interactivetools.com) or Expression Engine (pmachine.com).

http://cmsmatrix.org will be your friend
http://opensourcecms.com someone always brings up but too full of Vaporware and beta products.

I'm pretty hellbent on Drupal but there is nothing wrong w/ Joomla, Mambo, Xoops or e107. All are pretty solid CMS platforms. You also have your nuke variants but most nuke based projects have a questionable security track record although not all of the problems are their fault (inherent flaws in PHP).

If your looking at a commercial CMS system, the company I work for specialises in CMS systems. Feel free to take a look at our web site or give us a call during working hours. Our page talking about our content management system. We also can customise the CMS system to your needs.

If your looking for a non commercial open source product then http://opensourcecms.com is defiantly a good port of call.

Good luck finding what your looking for.
