    Client Management System
    - Collect and maintain your client's personal information, such as name, address, phone, and e-mail.
    - Organize your clients into groups of Pending, Active, Inactive, Cancelled, and Fraud. In future releases, you will be able to define your own labels as well!
    - Address client as individual or by company name.
    - Clients are able to view/pay invoices, view packages, submit/view/reply to support tickets, view/reply abuse issues, submit reboot requests.

    Package Management
    - List packages in client area. Clients can select an individual package and view the invoices, tickets, abuse issues, and reboot requests specific to that package.
    - Ability to update the account password (or root password for servers). The admin can set an e-mail address to notify about a password change (helpful if you need to notify datacenters or server admins)
    - Full custom field support...Custom fields can be setup per package type

    Invoicing and Billing
    - Nightly cron job will generate invoices for customers to pay.
    - Currently, PayPal one-time and subscription payments (via IPN) are set to be developed. However, in the future, StormPay, 2CheckOut, and other popular processors will be added.
    - When using one-time payments, invoice will be marked "Paid" on payment. Subscription payments will mark the invoice paid once the subscription goes thru.
    - Automatic suspension of unpaid accounts based on your billing rules (i.e. you can set to suspend only the account past due; or all accounts for that customer)
    - Convenient PayPal payment link can be included in the invoice e-mails
    - Ability to send payments to different PayPal addresses per package type -- helpful if you have to send payments to different places.

    Integrated Helpdesk
    - When clients submit a ticket, they will have a dropdown box to select the specific account the issue is related to. When the admin views the ticket, the Server IP, domain name, username, and password will be displayed automatically for easy reference. For servers, the IP, operating system, and root pass will be displayed.
    - Full e-mail piping support. Sales e-mail will parse properly for all, and support/billing e-mails will only parse for active clients.
    - Pre-Sales ticket/email processing area seperate from the support area so you don't need to get a seperate system for sales questions! No other billing system offers this!
    - Multiple department support...some can be public, "customers only" or "escalated only"
    - Customers can escalate tickets to an "escalated only" department after a period of time set by you.

    Integrated Abuse System
    - Administrators/abuse staff can open an abuse issue on the customers account when one arises. The customer will be notified of the violation via e-mail. Administrator sets a specific time period the client must resolve the issue in.
    - If an abuse issue is not resolved within the specified time period, the hourly cron job will automatically suspend the account in question, and notify the administrator and customer.
    - Once the customer replies to the abuse issue and the administrator marks it resolved, the issue will be marked closed and, if suspended, the account will be unsuspended.

    Reboot System
    - You can choose to either (a) send all reboot requests to a specified email address or (b) open a "reboot ticket" for the staff to look into. Option A is helpful if you are reselling dedicated servers and need to email the datacenter. Option B is helpful for datacenters with staff on site.
    - Reboot system only appears for dedicated server customers.

    No. As it is "Pre-Release" there are no screenshots available yet. However, we will post them on our forums as they come available. We are in anticipation of getting a first beta out to all pre-release licenseholders within the next 2-3 weeks....But we will post screenshots along the way as it's developed.

    Im looking forward to this, only problem is I have no clue what it looks like, and won't waste my money on it until there is at least a demo.

    Understandable . We will continue the discounted rates until we have a public beta open, which is far after we'll have a demo up. We should have a demo or some screenshots up soon!

    This software/script seems to be nice.
    Just wonder can I have custom field like in WHMAP/MB? I am talking like dedicated server, customer can choose processor, memory and other things. will you provide drop down button or tick box or bullet point for that?
    Just wonder the license is for only one domain or can use for a network (domain owned by me)
    Since this script/software is quite new, I am interested to try it out, however since the price is a bit high for starter and there is no demo / screenshot it's a bit tricky
    And for Refuge Offer, i think you can provide a better deal than 40%.

    Anyway let me know what you can offer, really I am interested Since I am looking for a better billing system, and WHMAP/MB is a bit high price to purchase, However they are good/well known software.

    Other providers generally offer 25-50% off for a refugee discount (and that's presuming they even offer one!).
    40% off $40 is a very good deal - works out at $24 or so. I don't really think you can get cheaper than that

    Yes, you will be able to have custom fields for addons. Also, eHostSuite has some very nice features planned in the initial builds, and will continue to be improved thereafter.

    As Alasdair stated, $24 is not a bad price, even if you don't have something to go buy yet

    Hello , i am interesting too.

    What i know is does it have a seperate language file.

    I want to translate to Turkish. So if i translate lang files, Do i have to edit any template files or PHP code. ?

    i am interested with this:

    At this time, no there are no language packs. You'd need to edit the templates to translate it from English.

    And yes, that means you get newer versions free

    Are there a seperate template system i mean files are like this

    includes/
    intalls/
    memebers/
    themes/

    so i need to edit template?

    or words on the script are in all of the PHP pages?

    Where are you in the development Schedule? Release date? Teams history with product releases?

    Control panel integration?

    Reseller support? (if I get a 3.95/mo license, what can I offer my resellers?)

    Have you considered Semi-dedicated Hosting? 4 - 8 accounts per server. Less overhead than VPS, better performance for the price.

    At this point, I will say we are "on time" in schedule. We plan to have this released in 2-3 weeks. Thru InstaMail, we have made regular and timely release dates and always within the timeframe we post.

    Control Panel: cPanel at first....Plesk/DirectAdmin planned

    The $3.95 license includes a 1 domain license. After we launch we will have "Per Server" and bulk reseller rates available

    So, your customer just need to pay one month and then they will have owned license directly? Without 12 months payment first?

    Also I haven't check it out, will you have domain name registration as well for this billing solution?

    Unfortunately, the development team and I encountered some personal issues that severely hampered the expected release date of eHostSuite. As such, we have decided to discontinue development of the software to avoid any further disappointments to our customers and people that were awaiting release of the software. I do apologize to all of you who were looking forward to and anticipating the release of this software.

    All customers who had purchased a pre-release license have been refunded in full. If you purchase a pre-release license and have not yet received your refund, please e-mail me right away at nick[at]dedicentral.com with your PayPal transaction ID and I will get a refund out to you ASAP. Just want to make it clear we are not going to rip anyone off -- you paid for something and won't be receiving it, thus we will be refunding you.
