I need someone who is REALLY FAMILIAR with Help Desk ticketing systems such as Remedy, Magic, Computer Associates Unicenter Servicedesk, Track-IT, etc.
I need someone to write a 2-3 page paper on why a company should use Unicenter over Remedy for its Help desk ticketing system, it should be very professional and include a FEW images, it would be good if you could do research on this as well on their respective websites and google and such, to truly emphasize the point on why Unicenter is better than Remedy (how is would benefit the company, the users of the company, the technical team, cost effect), etc.
