Today is "a day which will live in infamy". For those non-Americans, or those Americans who don't know, today is the
anniversary of the Japanese bombing of the US Naval base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii which introduced the Americans to World War II. The attack sunk
21 ships and killed over 2,000 Americans.
I visited the memorial in Hawaii and it's a terrible sight. If you have time throughout the day, pray for (or, if that's not your thing, think of) all
the lives lost during the war.
It's interesting that only one person has replied to this thread since its creation, and that was almost twelve hours later. Perhaps today is not a busy day for WHT. I didn't even see this thread, to be honest, so that's why I didn't reply.
