Any Europe or Asia company similar to layeredtech

I'm looking to open the europe/asia market, so I'm looking for a server based in there.

So was wondering if any company is like LT there?

    Thanks

you'll have a nice time finding the prices to be the same because you will get 0..

bandwith is much more expensive in Europe due to the smaller commitments the providers have (higher commitments is cheaper bandwith)..

to get something similar in prices i would think Leaseweb but beware: read this forum carefully and be warned that you get a best-effort SLA with as good as NO support and expensive remote hands..

otherwise just googling would work to get some budget hosts in NL

There are lots of good value hosts in Europe, with comparable or better pricing than many of the so-called 'cheap' providers in the US. To state that European providers have smaller committs than US is a falacy and not backed up by fact.

the committs side is easily proven..

(i am talking about dutch hosts here)

look at the biggest networks in NL (True, Leaseweb, Proserve etc.) they do around 2-3 gbit/s MAX

while alot of american hosts are far over that..

    'alot of american hosts'

Define alot? 2% of the number of US hosts - 3%?

Just because some of the largest hosts in the world are American and have tens of GBps, doesnt mean there is a problem with a company that 'only' does 3Gbps

    Please stick to the facts.

We currently do over 9Gbps. See http://noc.leaseweb.com
We will hit 10Gbps next month probably.

Furthermore, LeaseWeb can't be the biggest network in NL (nothing against LeaseWeb). Perhaps they're the biggest that you know of.

well, im talking about public networks here (ofcourse networks like KPN's do more but they are unaccesible for server housing)..

and apart from that, im pretty sure they are the biggest, if you know another one that is bigger, dont mind to share, but this is just my opinion

    Please guys.
If you don't know the facts, refrain from incorrect statements.

There are about 10 large CONTENT ISP (networks) in NL; we are 1 of them. There are also about 10 large ACCESS ISP (networks) around in NL.

All of these ISP's buy either directly or indirectly from the major (Tier1) carriers. Most of the larger ISP's and carriers in NL are connected to the AMS-IX.
