Can not contact Registerfly.com


Can anyone tell me how to contact Registerfly.com because my account has be restricted due to fraud detection for the third time and I can not contact them. I have tried their risk management email and have never had a reply from them. I have tried to raise a support ticket but with my account restricted it will not let me and I have spent several hours on telephone hold. I have sent them copies of my passport and my credit card statements as requested in the past and yet here we are again, a domain may only be worth $6 to them but it is worth a whole lot more to me.

Have you tried the live chat? How about email abuse(at)registerfly.com

This business is a lot about trust. When you get this resolved, you may want to transfer to a registrar you can trust or who trusts you. You are right, a relationship like that is worth way more than the registration fees!

There is a great deal of fraud out there I can understand a registrars position with verifying a purchase. Try to contact them at risk@ or just PM member regfly

When I am on phone hold I always try their live help also and guess what, they keep me on hold. I have not tried abuse@ because they tell me to contact risk@ but these peple have never replied to one of my mail in over three months.
