    Http://www.webkore.net - 4 weeks review

    Here is my story :

After having an hosting nightmare....First my host disapeared , with all my files and backups and second the replacement I contracted with, not at cheap price, was offering a really bad service. Email wouldnt work at least 10 times a day, I was not receiving all my mail. Server were slow and we would experience downtime everyday for 30-45 minutes between 10pm and 12pm. Ping result were bad also.

I got fedup and decide to try Webkore.net. What a surprise. it's been 30 days im with Webkore, and never experienced a problem what so ever. Everything is working, email, pings are really fast (40ms), website and ftp are just amazing. But what impress me the most, is that they really have a true 30 mins response time to support ticket. I say 30 mins, but most of the times it's 10-15 mins. Now, it is one thing to respond to a ticket in 30 mins, but to resolve it in 30 mins is another thing. Well, I never had a problem or request that was not resolve in 30 mins. Im taking, cpanel restore, webmail problem, ssl certificate info request, moving data on servers. etc.

You can visit it at : http://www.mishobonsai.com

    After a month.... I give http://www.webkore.net a 10 out of 10.

    Regards,
    Patrick

Nov 13 to Dec 1 = 18 days not 30 days. Please lets us know what the real answer is.

Gee you guys, do you want to know what type of briefs I wear ?

    History :

    kijit.com = MishoBonsai.com
Disapeareance of kijit and lost of files
    9-11 = Lytenhost = MishoBonsai.com
Hosting of temp page annoucing rebuilding of website
    Start to rebuild website
    Deception about service
    13-11 = Webkore service buy
    13-11 = still Lytenhost = MishoBonsai.com for temp page
13-11 = Website rebuilding on new host (Webkore)
20-11 = Change of DNS because website building neeeds to go live for testing.
27-11 = mishobonsai is now fully live.

Anyhow, I didnt realise I had to pass before the grand jury, and hope this thread will not affect webkore.net reputation.

I'm sure your post is in good faith... Just be careful with the details when telling about your hosting experiences in this forum.

Like Nadabrahma said, you will receive some questioning on forums like these. It is an attempt to make sure that honest information is being given. The fact that you backed up your information makes it a lot more reliable. Otherwise, people might think that webkore.net is posting fake customer reviews (which is not uncommon with webhosts!) to make themselves look better.
