Web Designer Contracts and Legal Docs?

I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction? Is there a resource to get legal documents and contracts specifically for the web designer. Something on the order of a contract template for a new design or custom website work and terms for purchase of predesigned templates, stuff like that.

Like a fool I bought the webmaster kit at hostlegal and that was an utter joke. Their hosting docs aren't too bad (better than nothing I guess) but this was just a blatant waste of 26 bucks. (FLUSH)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you'll find this to be a little more thorough - http://www.sitepoint.com/books/freelance1/

Of course, the best resource is a lawyer

I think I was too harsh on HostLegal in my previous post. It just so happens that that particular document wasn't right for our company and they gladly and quickly refunded payment.

Any company that does good business like that is well worth a try. I've had customers that use their hosting documents from our recommendation and I will continue to recommend them.
