Help the needy

Just wondering if anyone is interested in helping out with Sonora's annual food drive. Sonora has held food drives for over 24 years. Last year we reached a record high of $26,000. In 2003 we reached $23,000 and in 2002 we reached $21,000.

This year we would like to beat that record by a few thousand, seeing this is my year of graduation, *06* it would be cool to beat it by $6,000.

What we need:
Food for 60 families
Boxes *average 6 boxes per family*
Money

What you could do to help:
Ship/deliver food
We need a lot of boxes
We need money
Donate your services for a month to be sold for the food drive, and in return, you keep your customer after the first month.
Come on December 17th, and help move the food to the families.

Where is this located?
La Habra, CA 90631

When is the food drive?
The food drive started November 28th, 2005 and the last day to collect money is December 16th, 2005. That's 15 school/work days.

How will this benefit me?
Simple, you know that you just helped a lot of poor families eat, and have a Christmas.
Its also tax deductible, and you get a lot of publicity as this will be in the LA Times, OC Register, La Habra Journal, and hopefully, ABC News, and channel 7 News.

This year we want online companies to help out. There are plenty of companies such as Albertsons, Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, and Pepsi who helped out last year.
Pepsi donated 2 truck loads of drinks, such as minute maid, which was more then enough for 50 families, but this year the La Habra Police Department gave us 60 families, as more families this year are under the poverty level then ever before.

We also have a video of last years food drive if anyone's interested to see it, and how we do it, just message me for the information to view it at.

There are a few companies who are helping out such as:
LeHost.net
Edge-Gaming.com
Tyler Cole
Coloroom.com
JHServers.com

If you would like to help and be added to that list, just message me, or email:
donations@sonorafooddrive.org
*also the paypal account you can donate too*

If you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask me, or call the administrators for the school.

To contact me, Ill message you my number if you ask, or a number to a school administrator to prove this is real.

If you would like pictures go to:
www.SonoraFoodDrive.org/pictures
The site should be finished soon, we just need some more content and the pictures added.

Thanks for all those who can help.

It is a pleasure to help the ones that need our help for the coming holidays. We hope they will have a nice Christmas like anyone else should.

Randy, it was a pleasure working with you. If anyone has any spare money, I would highly recommend helping Sonora out, especially since there isn't a toy drive this year.

Thank you Tyler, for everything you helped us with. And no its not a toy drive, but we do get alot of donations of toys, like a few years ago Mattel donated Barbies and Hot Wheels
