What exactly is the problem? Saying they are "broken" and need "repair" doesnt mean much.

    the problem is :
The number of the sitesd hosted on our server is about 500 and because sometimes someof the tables got corrupted ,How can we check all the DBs together to check which of the tables are corrupted to fix them? And how to fix them all together?
Because with the myisamchk command I should check the tables one by one.

    install phpmyadmin might help you,

if your mysql is consistently breaking tables, then perhaps you should considering not overselling your servers :/

This command will check the tables for corruption
    mysqlcheck -r dbname table1 table2 -uuser -ppass

    OR
    mysqlcheck -r dbname -uuser -ppass
    to check all tables
