Looking for a link directory system...

I'm looking for a good link directory system for a site I am designing. I have been playing around with something called "PHP Link Directory" which is about the closest I've come to what I'm looking for, but since it's free the support isn't real great.

Free is preferred, but I am not at all opposed to paying for a system as long as I can get access to some sort of demo to try it out first.

I would like it to use PHP and mod_rewrite (without me having to know/use a bunch of coding - I'm not quite an expert). I also need it to have some kind of paid featured link feature as well as a reciprocal link feature.

If anyone has any recommendations I would certainly appreciate it as I would like to get this project off the ground ASAP.

    Many thanks...

I'm using WSN Links Basic Edition and I like it. there's a commercial version as well. I only wish they make it integrate with Joomla!

http://sourceforge.net/projects/phplinks/ is a free link directory system, it has been evolving pretty nicely.

Great suggestions - please do keep them coming.

I'm trying WSNLinks right now and it's very good - I might end up going with it unless I see something better.

I just tried the free edition of what WebDesignGold recommended, it is quite cool. phplinks are from 2003? Never notice but their software seemed to be updated. But after testing out wsmlinks, I would think it is better.

I mentioned in my first post that I was using PHP Link Directory, and was going between that and WSN Links deciding which was best. I found WSN MUCH better with TONS more options and was much easier to customize and configure. The options on it really sold me on it. There is a free test version - I would highly recommend it. And I think it was only like $30 US for a year license, or $60 lifetime if I'm remembering right.
