Question Removing sound from a .fla (Flash) video.

Hi, I hadn't much luck looking on Google, but how do you remove sound from an .fla file. A friend made a flash video using a Flash trial and wants to remove the sound. He can't since the trial ended. I have Flash 8 and I'm still learning the thing.

    Thanks.

Find the layer or layers that contain the sound and delete them. You will know the layers have sound on them because it will look like a audio graph type of line in the layers.

    1) load your fla file
    2) look for the "library", which will contain a list of movie components (usually to the right). If you dont see it try pressing Ctrl + L (this will toggle it on and off)
    3) locate any items in the list which have a sound simble (you can also play them when u select them)
    4) delete them after selecting them with the delete key

    then file > publish
