With the amount of fraudelant purchase increasing day by day on the internet we decided that we wanted to implement another form of fraud protection.
We decided to attempt using an automated phone varification system from
Fraudgate. It looks good and integrates perfectly into our Modernbill system. So we decided to give it a try and by there smallest plan to just try it out.
Well we followed the instructions on how to set this up and integrate it into the modernbill. We for whatever reason we have tested it and the phone calls are no being made and nothing is getting recorded on our Fraudgate control panel.
Well this has led to me attempting to contact for support. I first contacted them on Wednesday when I first noticed the problem. I waited until Friday and yet no answer. So Instead of using the contact form i decided to directly email them. Well I emailed and still no answer of yet. What kind of crappy support is this.
Has anybody else encountered this problem with the support from them? Secondly does anybody have any ideas why this is not working. Everything shows up great on the signup form like it is supposed to, but it just does not record the purchase with Fraudgate. I think i have narroed it down to 2 possible causes. One is the PostBack URL: which is set to receiveCall.php and the other is the Menu ID: which I have set to new.
Any help would be appreciated.
