I've received a complaint from one of my client, that her email function not working properuy. She cant send and received email from her cpanel email.

I've no idea what really happened because almost all of my clients have no problem with their email add.

if its a particular client that is facing problems, then check if the clients domain is resolving to your server properly .. and if so then try fixing the mail permissions using /scripts/mailperm script that comes with cpanel ...

If the problem still persists.. let us know the exact errror tat your client is receiving at her end while trying to send and receive emails ...

Try running:

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog|grep -i THEIRDOMAIN.COM

And test sending an e-mail to them, an example e-mail address, and see if any errors pop up.

Should give you what is going on. Most likely permissions as above, or something else.

Can you ellaborate this question ..... I am not sure if you are facing problems to send emails FROM the server or if you are facing problems to receive emails ON the server.

That is if you are trying to say that you are receiving emails from external email addresses on the server, but not from the email addresses on the same server ... is that what you are trying to say ?

I've problem to receive emails ON the server. Hehe, yeah i means, i can receive emails from external email addresses on the server but not email addresses on the same server

It seems that the mail server have problem connecting to the mysql database. This should be fixed easily.
