Virtual Plans vs VPS
I can't beleive the scammers that are calling shared hosting plans "Virtual" Plans to try to confuse people into thinking they are getting a cheap Virtual Private Server for a low price.
Scammers.
That's the first sign to stay away from them.

I don't see a problem. Shared hosting was known as "virtual hosting" before Virtual Private Servers even existed.

If you look at the Apache docs, you'll find references to "Virtual Hosts" all over the place.
I think that expecting that Virtual=VPS might be asking a bit too much.
I'm more irritated by the people who offer a "VPS" that doesn't give you root, won't let you install your own web server, and limits the number of domains you can host.VPS/VDS Resources: virtual-dedicated-server.info

remember virtually private does not mean private.
